The Living Area
The living room is the hub of the house, joining the entrance hall, kitchen/dining area, and stairs to the upper floor, and leads to the three separate french windows to the terrace. All these elements combine to create a single, airy, open-plan space, while each maintaining its own identity.
The Dining Area
The dining area accomadates up to eight people, and there are also high chairs available should you need them. It is situated between the kitchen and the terrace, so you can open the french windows and let the night air in as you eat.
The Den
In the den, you can make yourself comfortable in one of the leather armchairs while making use of the TV, satellite, DVD/CD player and stereo system, or just reading a book. There is also a PS/2 games console and a collection of games for the children (or those seeking to recapture the glories of their youth!).
Kitchen
The layout towards the kitchen has deliberately been left open, enabling the evening meal to be prepared without missing out on the conversation.
